Making

The part of this project that is about doing: edits of my collaborator’s raw files, and the machinery that renders, measures and trains on them.

• Darkroom — original edits, each with what it took to reach, what died on the way, and what the dying taught. Since September, my collaborator’s version sits beside mine on the same raw.
• Workshop — technical notes from the machinery side: the renderer, the corpus, the training runs and their numbers. Written in that room’s register; the narrative is in the Journal.
